Primary Responsibilities

Audit Office

Conducts audits of general operations and corporate projects; assists management in ensuring effective implementation of internal control systems; formulates annual audit plans and related tasks.

Corporate Governance Office

Handles the operation of shareholders’ meetings, board meetings, and functional committees in accordance with laws; provides directors with necessary information for performing their duties; assists with continuing education; ensures compliance with securities regulations and timely disclosure of material information.

Occupational Safety and Health Office

Responsible for preventing occupational hazards and safeguarding workers’ safety and health.

Business Management Division

Management Center

Coordinates information systems, general administration, legal affairs, manufacturing procurement, engineering procurement, and facility management; provides comprehensive back-office support to enhance efficiency and compliance management.

 

Human Resources Department

Oversees human resources planning and organizational structure management; recruitment and employment; compensation system design; performance evaluation; training and talent development; labor law compliance; labor relations coordination; corporate culture building; employee care and welfare programs.

 

Manufacturing Procurement Department

Manages procurement of raw materials and equipment for manufacturing; conducts quotation, price comparison, and negotiations; manages suppliers and cost control to ensure stable supply, reliable quality, and cost efficiency.

 

Engineering Procurement Department

Handles procurement for engineering projects, including equipment and materials; manages supplier relations and cost control; prepares tenders, participates in bidding, and manages engineering costs to ensure project quality and schedule adherence.

Finance Department

Responsible for fund allocation and planning, financial analysis, foreign exchange hedging and risk management, investment and financing, accounting, preparation and disclosure of financial statements, cost accounting and control, budget preparation, tax planning, and filing.

Thermal Management Division

Automotive Business Center

Promotes automotive thermal management products, manages customer relations, and expands market opportunities.

R&D Department

Engages in product design and R&D, introduction of new technologies, and development of innovative thermal management products.

Sales Department

Handles quotations, customer service, and new market development for thermal management products.

Energy-Saving Technology Division

Energy-Saving Control Department

Designs and manufactures inverters, PLCs, robots, control panels, drive units, automated production lines, and power equipment; plans and implements electromechanical systems and energy-saving solutions.

Energy-Saving HVAC Sales Department

Responsible for sales and after-sales service of central air-conditioning chiller systems.

Energy Technology Division

Overseas Market Department

Provides quotations, product services, and new market development for international clients; focuses on promoting OEM business of VCB products.

Energy & Power Department

Provides quotations, product services, and new market development for domestic clients; focuses on promoting self-operated business of VCB products.

Product Design Department

Engages in engineering design, improvement, development, and material rationalization of energy technology products.

Manufacturing Department

Focuses on manufacturing, assembly, and tooling management of energy technology products.

Production Management Department

Oversees production planning, material requisition, inventory management, production line layout, tooling design, and rationalization activities.

Quality Assurance Department

Manages quality control of energy technology products and handles customer complaints.

Smart Living Division

Development Department

Provides unmanned system design, integration, contract manufacturing, and maintenance services.

Low-Voltage Engineering Department

Handles the design, installation, and maintenance of low-voltage and central monitoring systems.

Electromechanical Engineering Division

Engineering Department
