Vapor Chamber
ID:Vapor Chamber
Using photolithography process with high precision, achieving an accuracy of ± 0.01 mm.
Smooth surface without burrs, stress deformation or fracture issues.
Capable of providing small holes, such as 0.1 mm in diameter.
Provides a larger heat dissipation surface area in a smaller space, resulting in more efficient heat dissipation.
Quickly and uniformly transfers heat from high temperature areas to low temperature areas.

- Vapor Chamber is composed of two flat metal plates sandwiching a layer of thin liquid medium. Heat is absorbed by the liquid medium in the vapor chamber, and as the heat increases, the liquid medium gradually evaporates, forming a high-pressure steam environment throughout the vapor chamber. Heat is quickly transferred through evaporation and condensation.
- Vapor Chambers are commonly used in high-performance electronic devices such as computer graphics cards, processors, and smartphones. It can effectively disperse and transfer heat to maintain the stable operation of electronic devices.
