LM-500 pro thermal conducting pad is made of innovative metallic phase change material. At lower temperature, LM-500 pro changes into liquid state, which is used for connecting heat source and heat sink. In the molten state, only minimal pressure is required to be filled with close to zero gap. LM-500 pro can ensure the long-term operational stability of the cooling system.
